The Denver Gold Group (DGG) hosts the world's most prestigious precious metals investment forums. Our Forums are private, by-invitation events designed to bring institutional investors, portfolio managers and buy- and sell-side analysts together with senior executives of major precious metals mining companies.

DGG's Forums feature presentations by leading precious metals mining and royalty companies. Speaking slots are available to a limited number of qualified corporations by invitation only. The qualification guidelines are outlined below.
2010 DENVER GOLD FORUM GUIDELINES TO QUALIFY FOR A PRESENTATION SLOT
Companies seeking a presentation slot at the Denver Gold Forum, September 19-22, 2010, should meet all or most of the following criteria:

. Primary commodity must be precious metals
. Major international stock exchange listing: TSX, NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ, LSE, JSE, ASX
. Independent analyst coverage
. Average daily trading volume of at least 50,000 shares or US $100,000
. Producers should have a minimum market capitalization of US $140 million and annual production of 65,000 ounces of gold or gold equivalent
. Developers (companies with a completed or well-advanced feasibility study) should have a minimum market capitalization of US $500 million AND M, I & I resources of at least one million ounces of gold or gold equivalent (silver or pgm)
. Exploration companies should have a minimum market capitalization of US $800 million
2010 DENVER GOLD FORUM RECEPTION SPONSORSHIPS
Institutional-quality companies that do not qualify to give a presentation may be considered for reception sponsorships. Reception Sponsors host a display table at either the Exploration Reception on Monday, September 20, 2010 or at the Emerging Producers' Reception on Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Please note that, although there is no speaking slot associated with reception sponsorships, this category of sponsorship entitles a company to send two representatives to attend the Forum, where they may fully participate in our exceptional networking opportunities, including one-on-one meetings with investors.
Emerging producers are companies that have a feasibility study well under way, or have commenced commercial production or expect to commence commercial production in the next 12 months.
