Board of Directors

Tim Wood has served as the Executive Director of The Denver Gold Group, Inc. since April 2011.

Prior to joining DGG, Tim managed retail and institutional investment conferences in the U.S. and South Africa, including Mining Indaba. Tim also has extensive experience in publishing and publishing technology having founded several publications, and as an editor for several media enterprises.

He earned a graduate degree in International Relations, and a Diploma in Business Administration, both from the University of the Witwatersrand. He read for the degrees after completing compulsory military service as a combat artillery officer at the conclusion of the Angolan war.

Mr. Luke Gleeson joined the Denver Gold Group Board of Directors in January 2023. Mr. Gleeson is Chief Sustainability Officer & Head of Corporate Development at Bellevue Gold. Mr. Gleeson has 20 years of experience in the industry. At Bellevue Gold his role initially incorporated forming the Company’s strategy on its pathway to production, engaging with the investment community and driving the strategy for the company’s aspirational goal of being a net zero emissions producer by 2026.

Previously he worked as Head of Investor Relations and a Business Development Officer with ASX listed gold producer Northern Star Resources (ASX:NST). At Northern Star, he was involved with their asset acquisitions and played key roles in securing equity funding and communicating with the global analyst and investment community. In 5yrs he raised collectively over $1.5B in equity and debt at BGL and NST. Pre his time at NST he worked as a sell side analyst with Macquarie Bank covering the precious metals sector.

Mr. Gleeson has a Bachelor of International Finance from Griffith University QLD & post- graduate qualifications in Mineral Exploration Geoscience (WASM) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Mineral Economics, Western Australian School of Mines and is also a Member of AusIMM.

Mr. Gleeson is also a member of the Australian Defence Force where he is an active member of the Australian Army Reserve with the Regional Force Surveillance Group (RFSG) 3 Squadron Pilbara Regiment.

Ms. Rachel Goldman is Chief Executive Officer and Director at Paramount Gold Nevada. Ms. Goldman joined the Denver Gold Group Board of Directors in January 2023.

Prior to joining Paramount in February 2020, Ms. Goldman spent 20 years in capital markets with Canadian based boutique and bank owned firms, and most recently as Managing Director Institutional Equity Sales for Desjardins Securities. Over those years she developed strong working relationships with institutional investors throughout Canada, the US and the UK, and helped to connect numerous public companies to key investment decision makers and improve their market profile.

Ms. Goldman holds Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Finance from Concordia University.

Mr. Hodaly joined the Denver Gold Group Board of Directors in January 2019, bringing with him over 23 years of experience in the North American mining investment industry.  He is currently the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. and has held that position since 2012.  Prior to that, he worked as Director and Mining Analyst, Global Mining Research, at RBC Capital Markets and was responsible for providing, to a wide range of institutional clients around the globe, up-to-date and insightful research coverage of North American-listed precious metals companies. Prior to this, Mr. Hodaly held the position of Co-Director of Research and Senior Mining Analyst at Salman Partners Inc., in addition to holding the titles of Vice President and Director of the firm. During his tenure, he helped to establish Salman Partners Inc. as a leading independent, resource-focused and research-driven investment dealer.

Mr. Hodaly is an engineer with a B.A.Sc. in Mining and Mineral Processing Engineering and a Masters of Engineering, specializing in Mineral Economics. Mr. Hodaly has also been a director of Goldsource Mines Inc. since 2017.

Mr. John Pearson joined the Denver Gold Group Board of Directors in January 2020. Mr. Pearson is an investor relations executive with more 40 years of natural resources industry experience including 34 years in Investor Relations. Most recently Mr. Pearson served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Centerra Gold Inc. for 15 years until his retirement in 2021. Prior to joining Centerra Gold, he held senior investor relations and corporate communications positions with Stillwater Mining, SouthernEra Resources, Pegasus Gold Inc., LAC Minerals Ltd. and Canamax Resources Ltd from 1987 to 2006.

Prior to working in investor relations and corporate communications, Mr. Pearson spent six years in the mining industry as an exploration geologist for a variety of mining companies including Kerr Addison Mines, BP Resources Canada, Selco Division, and Abermin Resources. Mr. Pearson holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Lakehead University.

Mr. Pearson has been involved with the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI) since its formation and the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) since 1987.

Onno Rutten served as a Director of The Denver Gold Group from 2017 to 2022 and rejoined the Board of Directors in January 2024.

Mr. Rutten is Vice President, Investment Management at Mackenzie Investments, one of Canada’s largest independent asset managers with approximately C$200B in assets under management. Mr. Rutten is Portfolio Manager for Mackenzie’s Precious Metals and Global Resource funds since 2013 and in this role interacts daily with senior management of global Precious Metals, Metals & Mining, and Materials companies. Prior to joining Mackenzie in 2011, Mr. Rutten was Equity Research Analyst and Executive Director at UBS and Scotiabank, covering the Precious Metals and Metals & Mining sectors. Prior to that, Mr. Rutten was a Senior Process Engineer in hydrometallurgy and minerals processing at Hatch, a global engineering and project implementation firm, where he designed and audited mines in Africa, Australia and Canada.

Mr. Rutten holds an MSc (Mining and Petroleum Engineering) from Delft University of Technology (The Netherlands), and an MBA from INSEAD (France).

Ms. Pamela Solly joined the Board of Directors in January 2019. Ms. Solly is the Vice President of Investor Relations for Vista Gold Corp. Prior to joining Vista Gold, she was Vice President of Investor Relations for Lydian International from December 2016 through March 2019 and served as Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Responsibility for Thompson Creek Metals Company from May 2008 through November 2016. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Investor Relations for Keating Investments, following her 15-year tenure with Cyprus Amax Minerals Company.

Ms. Solly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from Regis University and a Master of International Management degree from the University of Denver. She is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and Women in Mining.
