Wheaton Precious Metals is the largest pure streaming company in the world. The Company has entered into agreements to purchase all or a portion of the precious metals production from high quality mines for an upfront payment and an additional payment upon delivery of the metals. The Company offers investors leverage to increasing commodity prices, a sustainable dividend, and both organic and acquisition growth opportunities. Wheaton offers these benefits while at the same time seeks to reduce many of the downside risks faced by traditional mining companies. For example, operating costs are contractually set at the time the stream is entered into, allowing investors to benefit from cost predictability and strong margin growth in an environment of rising metal prices. The Company’s production profile is driven by a portfolio of high quality assets, including a gold stream on Vale’s Salobo mine, and silver streams on Glencore’s Antamina mine and Goldcorp’s Peñasquito mine.
