Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to codify Denver Gold Group’s commitment to maintaining superior corporate governance and ensuring that actual and potential conflicts of interest are transparently disclosed and reported.

Purpose

This policy applies globally to all employees and directors of Denver Gold Group (“DGG” or “Organization”). It also applies to other individuals and entities that Denver Gold Group may require to adhere to this policy.

1. Employment by the Denver Gold Group: Do you have an immediate family member who is now employed by the Denver Gold Group?

If yes, please identify the person, position and date of such employment by the Denver Gold Group.

2. Personal Remuneration from the Denver Gold Group: Are you or any of your immediate family members receiving or expecting to receive any remuneration from the Denver Gold Group other than employment compensation?

If yes, please identify the person and relationship of the person who expects to receive remuneration, the amount to be received and date on which the amount is to be received.

3. Business with the Denver Gold Group: Do you or an immediate family member have a financial, business or personal interest in a business or organization with which the Denver Gold Group does business or expects to do business or with a business or organization receiving payments from the Denver Gold Group for property, goods or services?
