First Mining is a Canadian gold developer focused on the development of two multi-million-ounce projects, the Springpole Gold Project in northwestern Ontario and the Duparquet Gold Project in Quebec, two of the largest gold projects in Canada.

First Mining has commenced a Feasibility Study at Springpole where permitting activities are on-going with a final Environmental Impact Statement ("EIS")/Environmental Assessment ("EA") for the project submitted in November 2024 and EA decision planned for late 2025.

First Mining also owns the 6 million ounce Duparquet Gold Project located on the Destor-Porcupine Fault Zone in the prolific Abitibi region in Quebec. A positive Preliminary Economic Assessment for the project was announced in September 2023.

First Mining was established in 2015 by Mr. Keith Neumeyer, founding President and CEO of First Majestic Silver Corp.
