MiFID II statement

Denver Gold Group is funded by the companies it serves. Member corporations pay annual membership dues and event participation fees, which underwrite DGG's general and administrative costs and the Mining Forums in Colorado Springs, Zürich and Sydney, while third-party partners pay delegate registration, meeting room or partnership fees to take part in a forum. Institutional investors, securities analysts and approved media attend free of charge, and pay DGG nothing for the 1x1 Meetings they request with participating companies.

DGG is not an investment firm, and it does not issue, underwrite, place or trade securities, publish investment research, or take a fee on any transaction that follows a meeting. Firms subject to MiFID II should assess attendance under their own inducement rules, and DGG will provide whatever further information a compliance team requires.
