These terms cover the sign-in codes Denver Gold Group sends by text message: what we send, how you agree to receive them, how to stop them, and how we handle your mobile number.
1The program
These terms cover the text messages Denver Gold Group, Inc. (“DGG”, “we”, “us”) sends under the program name Denver Gold Group sign-in codes.
We send one kind of text message: the one-time code you ask for when you sign in to your DGG Mining Forum Account. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
You receive one message for each sign-in code you request, so how many you receive depends on how often you sign in.
2How you agree to receive them
Text messages go only to a mobile number you have verified in your DGG Mining Forum Account. To verify a number, sign in, open Me, enter your mobile number with its country code and select Text me a code. We text a code to that number, and entering it confirms that the number is yours and that you agree to receive sign-in codes there. You can then choose a code by text message as your usual way to sign in.

Agreeing is optional. It is not a condition of registering for or attending any Mining Forum or other DGG event, and you can always sign in by email or password instead.
Your agreement covers sign-in codes from DGG only. It is not passed to any other organization.
3Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. We send one message confirming that you have opted out, and none after that. You can also remove your mobile number under Me, or ask us at admin@denvergold.org.
To start again, reply START.
4Help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or email admin@denvergold.org.
5Costs
DGG does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply, as set by your mobile carrier.
6Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If a code does not arrive, ask for another or sign in by email instead.
7Your mobile number and privacy
We use your mobile number only to send the sign-in codes you ask for.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Section 12 of our privacy policy covers text messages, and the rest of the policy explains how we handle other personal data.
8Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
