. Thank you, yes, we're here to talk about Vertex and our flagship project, the reward gold mine., the company's, only 3 years old, we listed, 3 years ago at an IPO, and, we, we brought in, our flagship project, reward gold mine at Hill end, and, we've subsequently been building our,, building, the mine to get it to, to production, and we're in production now, so, you know, we've got not a lot of shares on issue, and, we've got a reasonably low market cap for a, for a gold producer, but, we're hopeful that that that's going to change in the near future. We're fully staffed up, we've got a full team of very good technical people, also our plant and our miners are all in place and most of those are local. We're not a fly in fly out, we we, our people,, live and, and, work in and around the hill end area, so, it's, a, a very, a very comfortable sized group of, you know, ambitious people at Hill end so very proud of our team. So Hill end sits just about 3.5 hours west of Sydney. it's, just north of Arcadia, which is Australia's largest gold mine, and it sits in the Lachlan Foal belt, which is famous for many large, operating gold mines, and, it's the home of the largest specimen of gold ever found on the planet called the Haldeman Nugget., our, the reward gold mine, has, been operated in the past, but only in a small way, in a trial mining, fashion, and then we've reopened it up, we've, put in a new plant, a Gecko gravity plant. We, we own the project fully. We don't have any, hedges, no secured debt, and we're fully funded. It's a very low operating cost mine and it's very high grade. We're going to be mining 17 g, we potentially, I believe we're the highest grade gold mine in Australia. we've inherited, quite a bit of infrastructure, the shafts, the addits and a lot of development declines and that's been a great value to us cause we've done, we've put this project together., with our shareholders' equity money for less than $20 million there was historically about 1.8 million ounces pulled out on on record anyway, and we sit, the reward mine just sits below the Hawkins Hill mine which produced 435,000 ounces at a 309 g. That's not a typo, by the way, it is 310 ounces. And we recover gold by gravity only and we've got a massive system that's why we're we're only focused on 11 mining area because we own a mining precinct 35 kilometers of strike along this hill end, gold, anti-line. The gold in Hilllanders is unique, and it's unique in so many ways. We don't have any associated sulfides to speak of at all. As I said, recovers up to 95% by gravity only, so we use no cyanide, we use no chemicals, we only use water and a bit of power, and not much of that. it's 23 fine, that's about as pure as you can get in, in gold in nature. we've got no gold in the country rock, the gold only sits in the, in the courts, it's textbook all sorting., it's very coarse, in fact, 85% of it is over 850 microns, so we don't need a ball mill. So we're very, very low on energy to produce an ounce of gold, and I, as we said, we are the owner of the the world record gold specimen., as I said, also, we are only scratching the surface. We've got, 25 kilometers in this component of the, at the hill end side, up at the Hargrea side, we've got 15 kilometers, and then we've got, about 4 kilometers of,, of mining leases and in the precinct that we're working at the moment and, and processing. The, we know that we've got, gold over that full length of the 25 and the 15, because we've done a LiDAR survey. There's 3500 shallow workings by the old timers that were mining at least 2 ounces. We've reinstalled a, a gravity plant, we're wishing to move., from treating, our stockpiles that we had there, there was low stockpile waste at 3 g, and we moved into, into underground, production. In fact, we've probably been pulling out our first dope whilst we've been here in, at this conference, so it's it's, it's an inflection time in the company now and we want to build up to a 30,000 ounce. production profile and and do that while drilling and drilling a lot. Yeah., the plant's very simple. We just use jaw crushers, two jaw crushers, then an all sorter, and then, it goes into a vertical impacter and then into a gravity circuit, it, it mostly, spinners and, falcons, so, and then it goes over a over a wilfully table, so it's about as simple as you can get., the all sorter is, is a magnificent machine. We've got textbook or sorting. To believe it's one of the best ores to sort that they've seen. We, we have only gold in the courts and the country rock has no gold, and it shatters very well so that they separate the two and therefore the, the sorting works very well., our plant with sorter makes it very, very easy, to, to process. We don't need a lot of people to operate it. It's very high tech. We actually can run the plant off an app on our phone, not that we do, and it is a very sustainable plant. we don't, we don't use much water, we don't have tails, we only have sand and we dry sand stack., and we recycle water, very, very low power consumption, probably the lowest power consumption of any ounce produced in the Australian mining scene. This is the section where our mining leases are. You can see that the 415,000 tons at 17 g sits at the reward mine, and we've got plenty of potential underneath that to drill much more an expiration target beside that it fosters at. It, it, up to 19 g for, for around 300,000 ounces, and then below that South star. So we've got, we've got a 4 kilometer, mining area to look at over the next few years, plus another 35 kilometers of, of exploration drilling. So it's, there's a lot of potential there. This, this shows how drilling., if, if you're wondering what the pink color is, that's, that's, hits over 60 g. And, the at it is, horizontal. You can see here it runs out to the plant and then runs into the, the, reward gold mine. There's a shaft there that that links it links up just for air and for, second egress or ventilation and second egress, and we, we use mechanized equipment., jumbos, remote control loaders, we don't, we, we don't use conventional and, and, mechanized, production rigs. Yeah., this is just an insight to what it looks like underground. You can see the shaft in the center, and, the addit on the right, you can walk in, it's level, and, basically we're mining its surface because we're mining at at zero level, at the at it, and, we, we started production in, in our stopes. Stopes can be up to 6 m wide, down to 1.2 m. So, it's, it, it's perfect for all sorting., this is done on the 3000 bucks and it's only done on 50,000 ounces. We're actually going to be mining for the next 6 years on a management report. Very difficult to put these type of gold mines on very costly to get them, to a PFS, with the full amount of your resources because of you need, all of it to be all indicated and measured. But the, the number really to focus on there is our all in sustaining cost of $1800. We bought our own rig, we're gonna be drilling full time. We are an owner operator in the mining sense and in drilling. we've got a lot of experience. I'm very experienced in in drilling and mining, and we believe we'll do a better job when when your gold is king and we've got the highest grade gold mine. Let's do it properly and focus upon grade. And so therefore we're gonna be doing all our own drilling. This is the first of probably many drill rigs we'll buy because we're going to be making a lot of money., some of it will go for dividends, but a, a bit of it's going to go to drilling and building up a massive gold inventory. We tick all the boxes, in fact, we're up for some awards in Australia as being a very green and sustainable miner. we believe we, we are the greenest gold mine in Australia, that's because, not because of management, it's because of the geology gods, there's not many mines that can claim that they can pull their or fully out by by just gravity, and that's, that's probably the key to us being, you know, very green., yeah, so, look, we've touched on all those things. We are, we, we tick all the boxes for, for a, a small company going forward, high grade and moving to, to bigger things. I'm gonna just play a video, Which sums up what we're doing. Yeah. To operate a mine like this is fantastic, knowing that we're restarted history in a great part of the world and of course we're doing it very, very environmentally friendly. What excites me about this project is to work with a team like Vertex and this beautiful historic site in New South Wales and mine in a more efficient and intelligent way. The reason why this site itself is so historically significant is it was one of the first places that the gold rush started. They found this incredible ore deposit here, high grade gold, 435,000 ounces at 309 g a ton, very significant for the Australian mining industry. Vertex decided to open up this mine again because it was already permitted, was a high grade gold mine, and we could see an opportunity to have one of the best high grade gold mines in Australia. The Tom re sword has been a game changer for this site. Whilst we've got very high grade gold, we actually increased that grade through the process to be a high grade going into the gravity plan. It also means that we can mine differently. We can mine bigger scopes and then also. And still get the same gold back through the process plant. The other bonus is we're reduced in power, water, and the time that we have to run a plant because it's so efficient in sorting out the waste from the gold ore. The vertex mineralogy is very unique in that it's all quartz associated with gold and it's very well liberated from the barren country rock, and this enables the Tora system to easily distinguish between these different types of rocks and separate them from each other effectively. The Tora sort of takes all the coarse feed from the. and ejects only the quartz gold and put that back into the plant. That's about 20% of the total mass. And so we're able to reduce an 80% mass reduction and discard that as proper barren material that can be used as road base or aggregate and disposed of responsibly. It just sorts out the quartz out of the gray whack and just sends it straight back to our processing plant which we put through the gravitational system and yeah, it works spot on. Support from Tom has just been excellent. Important that Tom is part of this industry change. We're seeing this quite a lot and people stepping in like Vertex to take an old traditional system and mine it in a more modern intelligent way, in a more efficient way with low energy, zero chemicals, no tailings dam, and that's something Tore definitely wants to be a part of. Yeah, so, we've got a, just under half a million ounces, in our, probably over 3 projects in and around Hill end, but we're, we're very focused on the reward gold mine, as we speak, we just, started bringing out, some of our first state material. That particular stove's going 30 g and the the one that was developing on, we need, we need 4 or 5 headings is up and around 42 g to gold, so, we, we're well and truly on our way, and we're sort of focused now on, on getting, ramping up to the 2500 ounces a month that that we're planning. To be at, we can then move this along later to 100,000 ounces, without having to spend one more cent on the plant, because we are that plant with the all sorter only needs to operate,, 5 out of 14 shifts a week to to produce 30,000 ounces, so you can do your maths, we can get up to 100,000 ounces and not have to spend one bit more capital, and that that will happen as we develop more inventory, gold inventory, and we we need some permitting changes, but, that's where we're at. OK. Thank you. Any questions from the floor?, just real quickly, give us a little more idea of what the scope of the size of the one down there we go., Roger, thanks very much. I, I don't mean to be funny, but the 5% that you throw away in the tailings. Can you not sell that as a silica sand to smelters? I mean that that grade your waste is 0.8 g. So for your 400,000 tons of waste from reward, you've got about $3.5 million worth of gold in there. Yeah, and that's, that's the fact, we probably can, and probably we could, the trial mining that we've done with 48,000 tons, at an average, head grade of 15 g, Came out at about 0.3 g in the tails after we'd done intensive testing of the tails that existed there, and, and that at the time wasn't worth looking at, but, given what we're where we're going, it probably is worth doing. One of the things that we really are probably limited in though is the ability to to move out, our sand stack at the moment., because the, where, where it's located, so there's a cost around transporting and where, where to get that to, but look, it's good, that's a very good question, and maybe that's something that we will consider. And, you know, we, we, we, we are only going to average 17, and I know I've been talking about higher numbers than that, but, but yeah, but so we mine, a face at 17. It comes out in a, in a truck at 10. And then it goes into the all sorter and comes out into the gravity processing at about 30 to 35 g, so that's our feed grade into the processing plant, but the the material we reject that, that goes back in the truck to fill our stoops up because we're doing long haul stoping. So with our, our actual tails is not, it's not a great deal. We only, it's only about 20% of what we mine. So yeah, so we probably are putting a little bit of gold maybe back into the, into our stokes, but given, given, you know, I guess we're getting 90% of it, we're probably more than happy. Well if you sell it, feel free to send me 10%. Yeah, yeah, show your appreciation for Roger's presentation. Thank you.
